FARM TO CUP (COFFEOLOGY 1): Gives participants an introduction to the coffee trade beginning with where coffee comes from to how it gets to your cup. This course teaches you how to choose the right machines, what to consider in putting up a coffee shop, and tips on guerilla marketing.
