A COFFEE JOURNAL, was compiled by ROBERTO FRANCISCO, purchaser, roaster, blender and seller of coffee for the past 13 years.
He visits coffee farms around the philippines as part of his job and photographs the life of the roasted bean in the Philippines. These photos comprise the book through which he hopes to pay tribute to the hardworking individuls behind coffee making and to share his knowledge of coffee culture with future generations.
